Rena Saini BSc, ND
Naturopathic Doctor, Clinic Owner

I guide individuals dealing with the challenges of Skin issues & Anxiety, towards a place of balance and inner calmness.

Since graduating in 2008 I have dedicated myself to finding the missing piece to what blocks prevent healing the whole system (body, mind, heart).  I can say with confidence my new approach has allowed for deeper, long lasting healing, and combines evidence based medicine with emotional healing.

Areas of Focus:

  • Emotional & Nervous system dis-regulation (depression, anxiety, mood, stress, burnout, apathy, anger, personal growth, habits)

  • Skin Related issues: Acne, Eczema (Dermatitis), Psoriasis, Rosacea, Contact Dermatitis, Hives (Urticaria)

  • Physical ailments (autoimmune, gut health, mood, low energy, cortisol imbalance, nutrition, healthy habits, brain fog,)

  • Hormonal testing & hormonal Imbalance: (cortisol, DHEA, testosterone, estrogen progesterone and all metabolites, organic acids

I believe that addressing all aspects of an individual leads to swift and effortless healing. This includes:

  • Rewiring the nervous system

  • Supporting the physical body (hormones, immunity, gut health, thyroid, energy, sleep, nutrients)

  • Releasing old emotional blocks

  • Implementing new belief systems

Savery Bakker, RPC-C
Registered Professional Counsellor

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-c) with a Diploma in Professional Counselling from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling. Naturally, I am a natural healer, and I am often the place where friends and family ask me for help, support, and advice. This deep-seated desire to help others guided me to embrace my true calling in mental health.

My personal and professional journey, enriched by diverse experiences, has provided me with a profound understanding of various client needs. This, combined with my therapeutic education, expertise and life experiences, enables me to create a warm and empathetic environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. My cozy office space in downtown Kelowna offers a welcoming and safe atmosphere with free parking.

I specialize in ADHD, particularly in girls and women, as well as relationship counselling, anxiety and depression management, life transitions, trauma, grief, and personal growth. My own experiences with ADHD and relationship counselling have driven my passion to be the counsellor I needed during those times. What sets me apart is my unique blend of directness and empathy. I ask probing questions that help clients better understand themselves, identifying areas for self-reflection and growth. I am passionate about research, professional development, and finding the techniques that best support my clients.

Balancing my professional life with personal interests and family commitments is crucial. As a devoted mother of two plus a fur baby, I prioritize family while ensuring I spend enough time on self-care. I love outdoor activities like hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time at the beach. I enjoy going to the gym, yoga, and travelling whenever possible in colder months.

For those thinking about counselling for the first time, please look at the 15-minute free consult to ensure you are a good fit with your counsellor. The counsellor-patient relationship significantly impacts therapy's progress and outcomes.

In my practice, I support clients in setting and achieving personal goals through achievable short-term and long-term objectives, regularly reevaluating and adjusting them. I also incorporate recommended reading and homework to maximize the benefits of our sessions.

Looking ahead, I am committed to honing my skills, and my dedication to personal growth and professional development ensures I provide the most effective care for my clients.

Michelle Carrie
Holistic Body Mind Practitioner

I was a "toe walker" until the age of 38!  Since my first reflex integration course, I have become a "Earth walking soul", and today I am 52 yrs old.  Reflex Integration Therapy unlocked my youth, my chronic pain and suffering.

Since that day, I studied the human embodiment experience using kinesiology, aromatherapy, somatic therapy, energy medicine, mindset coaching and reflex integration therapy.

I became obsessed with how the body can unlock unconscious ways of being and choose another way of being, that led me down the path of being, doing and loving myself.

Along the way, I broke my leg at age 50, and had to learn to walk again, this time I found the practice of Meditation on a whole new level by combining it with the RIT (Reflex Integration Therapy).

I JUST HAD TO integrate it, it was the structure I needed to integrate ALL of the techniques!!

This work has become my passion and my lifeline,

and the foundation on how I walk this life, literally.

It is my intention to share this work with other beings that also desire a new experience, unlocking the youthful potential awaiting inside the human body.

Currently living in Kelowna, I have been an active alternative wellness practitioner since 2010. I’ve worked with clients in order to achieve their desired goals of health and balance in all aspects of life. After exploring many spectrums, I have carefully selected tools for the body, mind and spiritual realms, that weave together and are highly effective.

I uncovered a secret to a more youthful outlook, appearance, and experience that evolved into what I call:

MyShelle Method - NeuroBody Rejuvenation Therapy!

Krista Giilck, RCC
Registered Clinical Counsellor

I believe in the innate ability of our minds and bodies to heal themselves. The human spirit is resilient, capable of immense growth and renewal. I also believe that trauma can profoundly impact these self-healing abilities, so much so that we become stuck in survival mode (literally) when past wounds remain unprocessed. Self-harm, people-pleaser, avoidance, depression, aggression, addiction, dissociation, anxiety – these are just some issues that may develop as the result of trauma.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, navigate their past, and learn practical tools to cope with the present moment. Whether through cognitive strategies, somatic approaches, or mindfulness-based techniques, my goal is to guide individuals towards healing, self-discovery, resilience and empowerment, and perhaps share some laughs along the way.

I use an integrative approach, pulling from a variety of treatment modalities to best suit your individual needs. I am trained in various evidenced-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C). With that said, this is a collaborative relationship, and you are in the driver’s seat. A treatment plan is not developed without your input, and we do not begin until you have provided informed consent. Down the road, if something isn’t working, we can shift gears. These sessions are for you, and I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery.

Having been through a journey myself, I can be the first to say not every therapist will be a good fit for every client. For this reason, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation, providing you the opportunity to share your story and for me to share how I might help you achieve your therapeutic goals. If you like what you hear and think we will be a good fit, we can set up a session.

Outside of private practice, I help support first responders and veterans recover from PTSD at a residential trauma recovery program. I am also a lead therapist in a clinical research study for treatment-resistant depression based out of Penticton. When I’m not working, you can find me on a mountain or a beach (I’ve just picked up mountain biking so you may actually find me on the ground). I’m an avid traveller, having been to over 16 countries and just love spending time in nature whether hiking, camping, fishing, or reading.
